That’s right.
My website is a work in progress and I don’t mind being honest about it. 2023 I reflected a lot about what I ‘m doing here with KNWSLF and how I want create and cultivate community.
As an artist and educator, I got into a habit of only showing the final product. Everything needed to be “finished” becasue I was trying to be impervious to any critique.
Through my creativity and reflection I came to understand that we are always a work in progress and critique is neccessary. No matter where I am in the process, I KNWSLF enough to be comfortable owning it.
So, I want to update my website, and I don’t mind sharing the process!

See yourself
We all need affirmation or confirmation sometimes to truly SEE who we are and acknowledge what we are doing in this lifetime. My “work in progress” mindset, is a result of my creative reflection process. As I make art, I write down any words of wisdom or inspiration that reflecting on the process brings up. I then take those affirmations and share them weekly via text. Join my FREE Weekly text and I’ll send them your way too!

Know Yourself
Art has a powerful way of showing us who we are and and connecting us with other people. I studied art and human development and found that the process of being creative (visual art, writing, dance, etc) takes what we feel and think inside and makes it tangible. It is much easier for us to make sense and meaning of things that are external to us. I put together some of my best creative reflection exercies here in this E-book. Check it out.
